For attendees who opted for e-attendance registration (Virtual mode), we propose a format where each presentation will take the form of a pre-recorded video, which will be made available to conference attendees.


Sessions have the form of 15 mn talk followed by 5 mn Q&A.


PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE A REQUEST FOR THE VIDEO PRESENTATION FROM A SPECIFIC E-MAIL. THE DESIGNATED CORRESPONDING AUTHOR WILL NEED TO UPLOAD THESE ATTACHMENTS BY OCTOBER 10, 2025.


While we are unable to provide individualized technical support to help you create your video, one possible approach to record a compatible video from content displayed on your computer screen and voice recorded via the computer microphone, is to record the presentation using WebEx , available to users on most platforms and in most countries: Available Here

Accordingly, we ask that you please upload your video(s) and files by: October 10, 2025 .

• File size limit for all video uploads: 150MB file
• File format: mp4
• Minimum resolution: 480
• Aspect ratio: 16:9

Presentations can be shorter than the indicated time, which is the maximum length allowed, and this will provide more time for questions and discussion. Though the presentation is pre-recorded, the authors will need to be present online for the Q&A (the details for the connection will be provided later).

Except for the above duration and digital constraints, the form of the presentation is left free (though please be sure the video includes the title of the paper, the authors, and a mention to ICSC'2025).

Please start early: given that the resulting video files will be very large, they might need a long time to transfer, and you might not be able to upload them in time if you start late.

The virtual mode for the ICSC'2025 conference will be held on WebEx .

The e-attendees will receive an invitation to join the team ICSC'2025. If you do not have an account, you will be asked to create one (the instructions to create one will be provided once you click on the given invitation link). Once on WebEx, you will have access to the three channels corresponding to the three parrallel sessions. Meetings will start at the beginning of each session to allow you to follow the different presentations. You can switch from one session to another anytime as you desire.

Authors who have opted for the online presentation must be logged-in at the time of their presentation to answer the questions from the audience at the end of the video.
