TIAGO CAMPELOS PINTO (Senior Member, IEEE) is Associate Professor at the Universidade de Trás os Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD), Portugal and senior researcher at INESC-TEC. He has concluded the BSc and MSc, both at the School of Engineering of the Polytechnic of Porto. He got the PhD from UTAD in 2016, after which he engaged in a postdoc at the University of Salamanca, in collaboration with the University of Oxford and ENGIE. Tiago Pinto has participated in more than 40 research projects in the field of artificial intelligence, from which have resulted over 300 publications in scientific journals, international conferences, special issues and edited books.
